This tallest volume features wrap-around balconies with clear glass balustrades and black metal railings. Beautifully balanced by warm wooden modern details, the upper facades showcase rich vertical timber cladding and a slatted wood accent wall. The entire structure is grounded by neatly manicured green lawns and minimal concrete pathways, with sharp, realistic shadows defining its modern forms under a clear spring sky.
